2010 medallions

The medallion must be sewn on the lower left leg of the swimsuit. Only one medallion will be issued to a member.

ADULT
Brown
with Teal Trim
A medallion must be worn by every member.

SWIMMER
White
with Rose Trim
To qualify for a swimmer medallion a youngster must be able to swim the length of the pool from one catwalk to the other. If there is any doubt, you should apply for a non-swimmer medallion now and have the youngster tested after the pool opens.

NON-SWIMMER
Teal
with Brown Trim
Youngsters with non-swimmer medallions are not permitted on the catwalk nor in the deep area of the pool at any time. Parents are asked to please cooperate in this important safety matter.

Any resident of Exeter Township, Lower Alsace Township, St. Lawrence Borough and Mt. Penn Borough are welcome to join the Antietam Pool.

Opening day for the 2010 season is Saturday, May 29.

Each member must have his/her medallion sewn on the lower left leg of his/her swimsuit or must present photo ID for entrance to the pool. Access to the pool can be denied without proper membership identification.

Hours for the main pool are 12:00 noon - 7:45 p.m., weather permitting.

Hours for the Olympic Pool will be posted.

We do not accept credit or debit cards.

There is a $25 charge for returned checks.

The $20 per adult assessment is charged each of the first 3 years of membership.

GUEST FEES

Guests must live outside the pool boundaries and must come with a member.

$8.00 - weekdays
$5.00 - after 5:00 pm weekdays
$10.00 - weekends/holidays
$25.00 - weekly rate
$75.00 - monthly rate
no charge for children under 6 years

swim lessons

Both group and private swim lessons will be offered throughout the summer. All classes are conducted by Red Cross Water Safety Instructors. Check the office for dates and times. In case of inclement weather, call the office at 610-779-5240. Payment must be made at the time of registration.

annual membership meeting

Members and prospective members are invited to attend the general membership meeting, Monday, October 11, 2010 at 8:00 p.m. in the AVRCC Board Room.

The meeting agenda includes annual reports, election of directors and your suggestions.
